Interior Architect

We're seeking an Interior Architect to design the pilot space for a European high-end gym and health center.

Location: Germany (preferably Berlin)

Duration: Project-based

You'll conceptualize and bring to life the flagship location for an innovative fitness  and health brand entering the European market. We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio in commercial spaces, particularly in the fitness, wellness, or health sector. Experience in creating premium customer experiences and understanding the unique requirements of fitness facilities is essential.

Creative DirectorWe're looking for a Creative Director to shape the visual identity of a high-end D2C brand in the health/supplement market.

Area: Wellness/Beauty

Type: Freelance

Location: Germany

Duration: 4+ months, 3 days/week (flexible)

You'll lead brand marketing and craft compelling narratives across social channels. We need someone hands-on who can take projects from brief to production, with a focus on creating standout campaigns for Instagram and TikTok. Ideal candidates bring experience with D2C brands in the €50M-€150M revenue stage and have a knack for developing visual languages that cut through the noise.

Influencer Marketing Manager

We're seeking a well-connected Influencer Marketing Manager to drive global expansion for the same D2C brand.

Area: Wellness/Beauty

Type: Freelance (with long-term potential)

Location: USA-based

You'll work directly with the founders to bring their vision for international growth to life. Deep experience in influencer relationships and a strong track record in the D2C space are must-haves.

Growth Marketing Manager

Same brand, different challenge: we need a strategic mind for performance marketing.

Area: Wellness/Beauty

Type: Freelance

Location: USA-based

The focus is on Meta and Google Ads strategies to drive global expansion. You should know your way around scaling D2C brands and managing substantial ad budgets.

UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join an established interior design and furniture manufacturer during an exciting rebrand.

Area: Design & Furniture

Type: Freelance

Location: Remote

Duration: Mid-November - February

You'll translate their new brand identity into an intuitive website design. Experience with high-end brands and luxury e-commerce is key.

Content Creator

We're building our roster of content creators for various client projects.

Area: Content Production

Type: Freelance

Location: Remote/Berlin

We're after hands-on creators who shine in video production and are comfortable on both sides of the camera. You should have a solid grasp of social media trends and know how to tell a compelling story.
