• Ensure smooth execution of photo and video shoots

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in high-end lifestyle/fashion production

• Track record of managing social content productions

• Excellent budget management skills

• Fluent in English and German

Content Videographer/Editor

Area: Fashion/Culture

Type: Freelance

Location: Berlin

Duration: 2 months (shooting + post-production)

Looking for a talented videographer/editor to create compelling behind-the-scenes and editorial content for a high-end retail campaign. The focus is on authentic storytelling through the lens of Berlin's creative community.

Key responsibilities:

• Film documentary-style content with talents

• Create engaging social media edits for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

• Edit interview segments and lifestyle footage

Fashion & Lifestyle Photographer

Area: Fashion/Culture

Duration: 4-6 shooting days

Calling all visual storytellers: we are looking for someone who can capture the essence of Berlin's creative spirit through their lens. Think editorial meets documentary photography. You'll be moving between creative talents and spaces, catching those perfect in-between moments that make a campaign unforgettable.

Requirements:

• Submit your portfolio that speaks for your experience with high-end editorial/lifestyle photography

Art Director

Area: Fashion/Lifestyle

Type: Freelance

Location: Berlin or remote

Duration: 3 months

Seeking a trend-conscious and detail-oriented Art Director to develop and execute the visual direction for an epic campaign at the intersection of fashion, culture, and digital content.

Key responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive campaign visual direction

• Develop campaign assets across all touch points from social to OOH

• Ensure visual consistency across deliverables

• Guide post-production aesthetics

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in high-end lifestyle/fashion art direction

• Strong portfolio showing editorial and social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

• Understanding of current social media design trends

PR Manager

Area: Tech/Lifestyle

Type: Freelance

Location: remote or Berlin-based

Duration: 1 day per week, ongoing

We're looking for a PR Manager who speaks the language of high-end lifestyle and has a strong network of meaningful connections with culture-focused publications and journalists. You have extensive experience crafting narratives for brands and a track record of tier 1 publications - while you understand that sometimes, the most powerful statement is the one left unsaid.
